We have stayed at the Lake Conroe KOA a couple times and enjoyed it very much. Its really a good place for Rver's with kids because it has a really big pool with a slide. It also has a kiddie pool and a hot tub. Its just down the road from Lake Conroe for those who like to fish, ski, or just your every day water sports. The other direction is the small town of Montgomery which is a great place to go shopping or to eat or just take a nice stroll through town.
